Attention! School will be closed tomorrow, 9/27/2024.

The Book Fair will start this Friday September 27th-October 3rd!
At the Scholastic Book Fair, kids shop without cash thanks to eWallet, a digital payment account for purchases at the Fair. Family and friends contribute funds. Then kids choose their own books. It’s convenient, simple, and secure.
If you'd like to set up an ewallet for your child to shop the book fair you can visit our fair's homepage to create a free eWallet account. There are three ways to fund an account: Add money with a credit card, use funds from a previous eWallet, or invite friends and extended fam to contribute. https://www.scholastic.com/bf/farmerelementaryschool

Please click the link below for a transcript of the phone message from the Superintendent to parents on 9/20/24 regarding the early release on Thursday, September 26.

Attention all RCSS-certified staff, mark your calendar!

The “Pride in the Randolph County School System (RCSS)” program recognizes employees who display “pride in the school system” and “high character/high commitment” through their daily efforts. The primary focus is on smaller events associated with employees’ actions not as likely to attract much public attention. Nonetheless, actions by employees in relation to large events can be recognized as well.
Individuals selected for this recognition receive a “Pride in the Randolph County School System” lapel pin. Recipients of the pins are determined by the members of the RCSS Leadership Team, school principals, or Board of Education members.
Listed on the following pages are the “Pride in RCSS” pin recipients from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. Thank you to these employees for their commitment to the Randolph County School System!
