Today is World Kindness Day!
The goal is to make kindness a standard, not just an expectation! Students are learning what it means to spread kindness to others! In a world where you can be anything, be KIND!

World Kindness is an international day, formed in 1998, that is celebrated annually. Level Cross will celebrate by wearing BLUE or any attire that promotes kindness on November 13th!

REMINDER:
There will be NO SCHOOL for staff and students on Monday, November 11th in honor of the Veteran's Day holiday!


Our Kindergartners learned about voting and why we vote. Then they voted on their favorite ice cream flavor.

We are so proud of these three award recipients tonight! Walter Jarvis was our Star 3 Student and Mrs. Traci Chewning was our Star Employee. Mrs. Denise Allen was named the Randolph County Schools Educator of Excellence! You three are shining stars that help make our school great!! We are proud of you!!!




Red Ribbon Week is held the last week in October to promote a drug free life. During the week of Oct. 28th, we will have a different theme each day. Students are encouraged to dress up to show their support for a Drug Free America.
For Thursday we ask that masks and costume accessories stay home. Thank you for understanding.


"Leadership Reads" is a program in the Randolph County School System in which members of the Leadership Team from our central office visit elementary schools and read to students. Dale Brinkley, Executive Director of Operations, read to students at Level Cross Elementary School recently.
