Hi! My name is Colleen Needham. This will be my 6th year at Southmont. I attended Gardner-Webb University. I am married to James Needham who is also a teacher and football coach at Southwestern Randolph High School. We have a 3 year old son, Jackson. I love SMES and I'm excited for this upcoming school year!
